From a single service to a group.
Simba Fix was founded to close a structural gap in the Nairobi market: households and institutions had no dependable way to engage skilled professionals who would arrive on time, work to standard and price transparently.
The answer was an operating model rather than a directory. Every account has a dedicated Relationship Manager, every provider is vetted and trained, and every job passes a three-stage inspection. That model became Fixit Services, which serves premium households, schools, international schools, bus SACCOs and corporate clients.
The group has since extended along the value chain: the Fixit App for technology-led access, Fixit Construction for building and finishing, and Fix Fleet for transport and logistics.
