Founder, CEO & Chairman of the Board

Immanuel Peter Simba

Immanuel founded Simba Fix and leads the group as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. He sets its strategic direction, partnerships and growth, and the C-suite reports directly to him.

He is a serial founder and an Executive Partner at InBody USA and Athena, where he leads sales and business teams. He has trained more than 100 young people and startup founders in leadership and sales, and he hosts the Perspective podcast. His 2026 recognitions include the Ursa Major “Always Long-term” award at InBody USA’s Polaris Awards and Athena’s Telos Recognition.

He believes African service businesses can be world-class when they are built on integrity, discipline and people who are given dignified work.

Chief Operating Officer

Rickie Mogire

Rickie runs day-to-day operations across the group. The managing directors of Fixit Services, Fixit Construction and the Fixit App report to him, and he makes sure every job is delivered on time, on budget and to standard.

He is a graduate civil engineer from the University of Nairobi, which gives him a builder’s eye for Fixit Construction’s projects. At university he served as Secretary General of ACES UoN, the civil engineering students’ association, and received the University of Nairobi Recognition Award for Most Active Student in CSR (2024/2025).

Outside operations he is a writer, a creative director, and an experienced event host and MC.
