About Fixit Construction
Fixit Construction is the group’s marketplace for building in Kenya. Clients post a building project, a bulk materials order or a job for a fundi, crew or professional once, and verified providers send quotes. It covers every stage, from land surveyors, lawyers and valuers, through architects, engineers and quantity surveyors, approvals, NCA-registered contractors and organised crews, to finishing trades, maintenance, and suppliers of sand, ballast, cement, steel and machinery. Licences are checked before anyone can quote, including NCA, BORAQS, EBK, ISK and LSK registration. It is free for clients and takes no commission, and its free tools include a house-cost estimator, a materials calculator and a step-by-step guide to building in Kenya.
