Planning & reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports for the CEO.
- Build revenue, cost and cash-flow models.
Accounting
- Keep accurate ledgers and reconcile accounts.
- Track invoices, receipts and payments.
Tax & compliance
- File KRA returns on time.
- Handle payroll taxes and statutory deductions.
Budget, grants & risk
- Prepare annual budgets with department heads.
- Research and write grant and investor proposals.
- Run internal audits and controls against fraud.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- At least 5 years in finance or accounting, including 2 in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax law and KRA compliance
- A track record in budgeting, grant management and cost control
- Skilled with QuickBooks, Sage or similar software
