We are building a large sales force across the group and need many sales reps. You will find, pitch and close new clients for Fixit Services, Fixit Construction or the Fixit App, including households, estates, schools, hospitals, hotels, SACCOs and businesses. Then you hand each client to our relationship managers, who deliver the service.
Prospecting
- Find new clients in estates, institutions and businesses.
- Turn referrals, events and digital leads into meetings.
Selling
- Present our services clearly and professionally.
- Prepare quotes with your Director of Sales and close deals.
Handover & follow-up
- Introduce each new client to their Relationship Manager.
- Follow up to win repeat business and referrals.
Reporting
- Keep your pipeline up to date.
- Report weekly to your Director of Sales.

- A certificate, diploma or degree in sales, marketing or business, or proven sales experience
- Confident, disciplined and target-driven
- Excellent communication in English and Kiswahili
- Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp and simple CRM tools
- Based in Nairobi and happy to do field work
- Full training in our services and sales process
